Today was my move-out day at The Well Apartments, and I just want to take a moment to give a huge shoutout to Chris, the maintenance manager, for being absolutely amazing during my time here. He was always incredibly helpful, responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. His professionalism and kindness truly made a difference! February 18, 2025I've only been in my new apt for 2 weeks now but so far it's been phenomenal! The front office staff are incredible, friendly and so helpful. I love the maintenance crew! They are so on top of everything which is greatly appreciated. The apt is beautiful, I've got brand new appliances in my kitchen which I've never gotten in any apt before. The counters are beautiful. As of right now, I would totally recommend this place to anyone. Hopefully I still feel the same in 6 months!Property Manager Responded
