Moldy and falling apart
February 12, 2024We have lived here for 2 years. We put a work order in for your kitchen sink leaking the day we moved in. May will be 3 years of us living here and it still is not fixed. Now the hallway bathroom ceiling is falling in. The apartment above us has a leak from their tub. 3 weeks of a work order being in with no contact from maintenance at all. There is mold falling from the crack. No one will answer calls. I can’t believe they are still in business.Review from Apartments.com
Constant Maintenance Issues
May 6, 2022I have lived here for almost 4 years. I'm a senior on a fixed income so it's not easy for me to move. I've had my air go out in the heat of the summer twice! It took 3 months to fix. I eventually got a window unit. Now it is out again and it's been over 10 days since first reported. This place doesn't get in a hurry to do anything. I would think twice before renting from Powers PropertiesReview from Apartments.com
