January 23, 2025It’s a small and convenient community next to Disney Flamingo Apartment. You could walk to grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, Dunkin donuts within 15 minutes and it’s safe to walk. I recommend this community!Property Manager Responded

January 21, 2025I love living here! The staff, amenities, and location are all amazing! The only reason I took one star away is because of parking. Due to living across from Flamingo Housing, we have quite a few people that park over here and walk across the street leaving little to no parking near certain buildings. December 12, 2024Neighbors are extremely noisy. Also management did not inform me that they were doing bathroom construction on the unit above me and it sounded like they were in my unit. When asked to talk to manager they never called or contacted me like I was told they would do. People do not clean up after their dogs. November 17, 2024Having just moved in to The Westerly, I can say the apartment is beautiful and very spacious. Being walking distance from maybe stores including Starbucks and target are a huge plus.
