The dust they generate will make it impossible to open your windows for fresh air and they will also blow all the dust onto your cars in the garage because they are clueless idiots. Of course, management has “No Control” over this and can’t do anything even though it’s the same company. 4. The alleyway behind the building always has sketchy people and drug dealers loitering around all hours. So if you need your cocaine/heroin/meth at least it might be convenient for you? Assuming you don’t accidentally get shot in the process. 5. The hallways smell like fermented trash because the trash cans are always overflowing and too full. Flies and nasty bugs everywhere. 6. The water pressure in the building is a complete joke. I can pee at a higher pressure than the water comping out of these faucets to give you an idea of how bad this is. 8. Be prepared for lots of incompetence from anyone you have to deal with from CIM Group. They will all talk and talk and then just play hot potato and re-direct you to a million different people and not solve your problem. 9. There are not enough parking spots so be prepared for street parking and the outdoor parking is susceptible to being hit by cars passing through the alley. Spots are tiny and impossible to get in and out if you have anything other than a compact car.
