January 10, 2024Don't sign a lease here!!!! Numerous issues! If anything is wrong with your apartment be prepared to wait and be disappointed more than likely will not get fixed. Walls are paper thin!!! Poor customer service skills heck the office is rarely open costs compared to other locations better fits than at this location. Rental amounts are not equal between residents by a long shot. Be prepared for a dramatic increase when your renewal is up, also it's impossible to get out of your lease early without ...it costing you an arm and a leg. Also vehicle break-ins are premium here multiple times at this location. Never happened before current property management company brought the property.Property Manager Responded

HORRIBLE
December 5, 2023Horrible. Changed me 3 months extra of rental insurance even though I submitted to the leasing office, twice. The ladies in the office will tell you one thing, then send a snarky email contradicting themselves. Horrible team that works the leasing office. On a bright note, they allowed to buy a condo & never have to rent again.Property Manager Responded

Amazing place!
July 27, 2023I have no complaints about this apartment. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are amazing, there is free coffee and sparkling water to start off my mornings, the apartment was clean when I moved in and looked just like the pictures, the appliances are modern and look very nice. When I show my friends and family my apartment they can’t believe how nice it is. The neighbors can get a little loud, however that is just apartment living and it could be a lot worse. June 21, 2021I've lived in several different " new" apartments in the Summerville/Ladson area. I am finding that the "Wilder" is true to its word!
