The worst place I’ve ever lived
May 8, 2024Roaches and dog poop absolutely everywhere. They will draw you in with a good sign up deal but nickel and dime you to death when it’s time to move out - say goodbye to your deposit. A girl was murdered in the parking lot and they didn’t bother saying anything to anyone. The parking lot gate is almost always open and there’s some kind of center down Grigsby that draws a weird crowd. You Get What You Pay For ... is it worth it?
February 2, 2024I lived here, and within the first two months the roaches were unbearable. One was crawling in my hair at night. The flooring is coming undone. The appliances hardly function. Cats live under the floor boards, and one died. The smell was unbearable and management did nothing to remediate. Flies infested my apartment as a result, and management never addressed the issue.Review from Apartments.com

DO NOT MOVE HERE
May 13, 2021I just purchased a new car recently and before I was able get a new permit from the office they TOWED my vehicle and I am now responsible for all the charges even though I was LEGALLY PARKED in my own spot. Management is abysmal, they never answer the phone when you call, and they treat tenants like ATMs rather than human beings. I've also had issues with not being notified of maintenance workers entering my home. Cheap renovations and horrible neighbors
March 28, 2021Cheap renovations. Thin walls. Thin floors. Neighbors have set a low bar. Dog poop everywhere. Gun shots. Dogs barking several hours throughout the day. Garbage is always overflowing in the parking lot. Cars are constantly getting broken into. More gun shots. The cheap rent and two months free hasn't been worth it, in my opinion.
