not worth it
May 12, 2022Management is poor and unhelpful. Ive lived here for almost 3 years now and every single year the rent has gone up. They have a lot of water problems where they have to turn the water off for most of the day. I had mice and bed bugs at a point and mgmt said they could charge me for mice traps. I understand if its a last resort but i would look somewhere else first.Review from Apartments.com
DONT MOVE HERE
April 8, 2022Absolutely horrible. Management changes prices on apartments. They are always trying to hit you with some type of fee after you move in. There are mice i. The building they will hassle you for rent but refuse to fix major things in your apartment. Don’t waste your money.Review from Apartments.com
Beautiful, spacious, newly renovated units! Excellent value!
August 9, 2018I’ve been living here for a few years, and I have noticed a HUGE change under the current and new management! As a single female, I feel very safe here, as they recently installed security cameras and the front door is secure as well. The location is amazing, so close to Midtown, Ferndale, downtown, etc. My apt is HUGE, and has tons of character, and the property is very clean and well maintained. This is super important to me because I’m a clean freak! The landlord and his maintenance staff ...are extremely professional and always on top of any issues/repairs I request. There have been a ton of renovations that I’ve witnessed, including a new laundry room (with new washers, dryers and even art!) courtyard landscaping, rehabbed units and now they are working on a secure parking lot. Seriously, the negative comments I’ve read are crazy to me, and have not been my experience here whatsoever. Maybe they are disgruntled tenants that did not pay their rent? ?. I highly recommend this apt complex!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bed bugs no water never turn on heat
March 5, 2018I asked thoroughly before I moved in if I will have bugs they pretended not to know.... I move in and all my new furniture is ruined. It's safe but they never shovel snow and the water gets cut off to save money and when it is on its yellow and cold.Property Manager Responded
April 20, 2018This may have occurred if a prior tenant does not complain of any issues related to pest, so we therefore would have no idea that an issue even existed.. nevertheless, we regret that your experience was not satisfactory and have taken action to ensure that all units are treated and taken care of before any tenants move in to them. , We have a contract with Patriot Pest Control Co. whom are responsible for the continual preventative treatment of the building. As for the snow shoveling and water, we will have to disagree with you there. We diligently have our staff members shovel our sidewalk... maybe you may have observed the snow pile "before" we shoveled it and concluded that we did not shovel our sidewalk, but we ultimately get to it as soon as we can. Furthermore, in the past if there was an emergency plumbing job (like there is in any building) the water may need to be temporarily shut off to do the repairs, but it is always turned back on by end of day.
