May 16, 2023We were looking for a place for my parents to live, and came upon The Woods. Clean, newer community senior based with floor plans that are nice and most are with a scenic view. Location is minutes away from Downtown Riverside, Riverside Plaza, and the building sits right across the street from Rubidoux Mountain. Witnessed the management staff being very mindful and helpful the their seniors.Review from Apartments.com

Security Deposit and Rent
March 30, 2023Please ensure you request a final walk though prior to moving out of this apartment, so you will not be surprised with the charges against your deposit. Last year the rent increased by three times the rent amount and as a result twenty tenants moved out within a one-month period.Review from Apartments.com
