January 10, 2025Theory is a beautiful apartment complex that is definitely worth checking out. However, their leasing office is extremely unreliable and don't really know what is going on. If you're planning to stay one semester and then do a semester abroad, DON'T do it. Either stay the whole lease or don't live here at all. They are very nice, but very unhelpful and unreliable with subletting your apartment. They got my sublet information wrong multiple times and told me incorrect/contradicting information ...every time I went. However, the leasing office is extremely kind and they have fun events all year round, so if you stay for the whole lease, I highly recommend this apartment complex. Their amenities are great as well, especially the gym and study rooms.Property Manager Responded

While we do our best to inform all incoming and prospective residents of the reletting process due to the fact that we only offer full term leases, it sounds like you were under the impression that this process might be handled differently. We hope that if you have the opportunity to stay with us again you either have a relet lined up before hand to eliminate any stress or are able to stay for your whole lease as you suggest.
