Third & Valley is a special community with amazing staff, amenities, and events! The building feels brand new, modern, and stylish. Access to the building is through an app, which makes it easy for guests/deliveries, and adds to the high-tech “fancy hotel” experience of living here. The amenities are super nice and luxurious, including a pool, exercise classes, library, and cozy club room with a fireplace. The building is always spotless, and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. ...
What sets this special building apart is the sense of community developed by the residents and dedicated leasing office staff. Tameeka, the Assistant Property Manager, made the whole process of moving in a breeze and was a joy to work with! Moved in a couple of days ago and had a very pleasant experience so far. Very pet friendly building and great amenities. The staff and maintenance are excellent and open to concerns. Juliet made our move in experience wonderful so far.

Great Location and Friendly Staff! I’ve been living here for about 6/years and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is fantastic – close to public transportation, groceries & restaurants, makeing life convenient. The neighborhood feels safe, there’s always something to do nearby. The apartment is spacious and well-maintained. I appreciate the maintenance team is responsive & handles any issues within 24 -48 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the day-to-day ...
experiences smooth. Downsides: the walls can be a bit thin, so noise from neighbors can be noticeable at times. Also, parking can be a bit tight, especially during peak hours (commuters park on the same side as residents), but it’s fairly manageable and annoying. Fitness center has all the equipment to get a great workout. Community areas are comfortable. Pool area is lovely but opens late on weekends and closes too early. Overall, I’d recommend this place. It’s been a solid experience!

Great place to live. Everything is taken care of. Couple of suggestions. Oil the wheels on the grocery carts. Also change the blankets and pillows in the Lounge. They are looking soiled and dated . Light couch in the downstairs area needs a good cleaning.
