November 28, 2025I’ve really enjoyed living here. Two minute walk from the train station which makes commuting into NYC a breeze. The amenities are excellent, including a well-equipped fitness center, an outdoor pool, a club room, and shared spaces. The staff truly sets this place apart. The maintenance team is responsive and reliable, the concierge is always helpful and honestly the best! The leasing office staff is professional and friendly. The residents here are friendly and the noise level is low. If ...there’s one area that could use improvement, it would be the parking situation as the lot is shared space with commuters. However, it’s manageable but not the strongest feature of the property and from what I understand, it’s separately managed. Overall , it’s a great place to live!Property Manager Responded

August 23, 2025I’ve been living here for almost seven years and it’s been a great experience. The fitness center, club room, and pool are all well-maintained, parking is attached (separate fee) and the train station is right across the street (plus a great Black-owned coffee shop!). The neighbors are friendly, the leasing staff is wonderful, and maintenance is always quick and efficient. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded

May 18, 2025I’ve lived in this apartment community for nearly seven years and have had a great experience. The amenities are excellent—a fitness center, pool, and an open clubroom perfect for lounging or gatherings. Ms. Linda the concierge and the leasing office staff are all incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful, which really makes it feel like home. The location is also a major plus, right across from the train station, with a local market and plenty of great restaurants (especially breakfast spots) ...all within walking distance. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The unit itself is spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. Management is responsive to maintenance requests and the office staff are kind and helpful and put on great community events! Amazing Building!
January 30, 2025My husband and I have lived and Third & Valley a little over a year, and just resigned our lease. We absolutely love it here! The proximity to the train can't be beat (we both commute so that's what drew us to the building originally). The building is kept so clean and the gym, pool, parking garage, trash service are all amazing. Most importantly, we can't say enough nice things about the staff - they are true all-stars. We'll be looking to buy a house eventually and I know we'll be sad to ...leave!Property Manager Responded
