Worst customer service
May 21, 2019I stayed at Thorncroft for one year and it was never pleasant. They have had several changes of management and the staff never knew who I was and was never nice to my roommate and myself. The customer service I received during the year and at move out was awful. They made me feel like a burden and were never willing to help me out. I placed a maintenance request over phone and left a message because they did not answer my call. The order was for carbon monoxide detector going off, something I fee ...is important and unsafe if not fixed. They however never called me back and when I called again said I had to wait a day due to someone else getting a request in right before my second call. Moving out they have been so rude and unwilling to help me. I recently went in to get my last mail that might have been mailed there and the assistant manager carol refused to help me because “she just clocked out”. She also emailed me about my deposits check and emailed me mentioning my roommate with the wrong name, clearly not interested in us or our names. Best Apartment in the area
November 5, 2015First let me say that I most probably will stay again in the future given the location and type of apartments offered in Thorncroft Farms. I lived in this community for 2 years from Sep 2013 to Sep 2015 and by far, this is one of the best apartment community I have seen in the Hillsboro area. The staff was always smiling, ever friendly and helpful, especially Dani and Sara. The location is convenient with all the necessary utilities on a walk-able distance. I was staying in a one bedroom ...apartment and it is one of the biggest apartment in Hillsboro in terms of sq footage with big windows and lots of lights. I would highly recommend this community if you are looking for a nice and quite place. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom
September 26, 2015I have a third story 2bed 1bath apartment. I love it. I only share a wall with 2 people the ones behind mine and next to mine. I can't hear a single thing they do and I work a night shift so this helps a lot for when I sleep during the day. Both bedrooms are a good size. Laundry room is in the bathroom and am not able to hear it running when I am sleeping next to the bathroom. The ceilings are vaulted which helps with light and the apartment feeling bigger. overly not luxurious but luxuriously priced
September 20, 2015We love our apartment, its a great size, perfect location & plenty of storage. It is always clean, upkept grounds & quiet. SAFE. Even though this unit is unrenovated, we have what we need. As we renew our lease the increase is just too much & almost not worthy to stay. We have been here for 2 yrs, will it be three... ? August 5, 2015I love my apartment. Nice updated kitchen and bathrooms. Stainless steel appliances too. Lots of space. I never hear my neighbors either, I love that. The only con is there is just never enough parking. There are no complimentary spots for each unit. It's a first come first served basis. Great place to live!!
July 25, 2015The apartments are spacious and beautifully renovated. The office staff is great and always a pleasure to deal with and maintenance issues get taken care of within 24 hours. The location couldn't be more perfect as it's just across from The Streets of Tannasbourne and within walking distance of many other items like movies, shopping, restaurants and bars plus easy freeway access gets me to downtown Portland or off to the beach in no time!Review from Apartments.com
Pratically perfect in every way
July 21, 2015We moved to this apartment site unseen. It may have been one of the best decisions of our life. We moved out of state and it completely exceeded our expectations. Affordable, extremely friendly staff, beautiful apartment that we are glad to call home. Large kitchen, stainless steel appliances, fireplace, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, trash service, balcony with ample storage.
