walks around telling everyone he's the owner but I'm pretty sure it's his uncle who owns the place and let's him work there because there's really nothing else the guy can do. His own workers called the building inspectors on him because they knew all of the electrical and other non permitted work he was doing could eventually kill someone. They've been shut down for asbestos too but only had one unit professionally worked on....sounds sketchy to me. He and his workers are rude, unprofessional and bully the residents. I've seen them physically screaming at a resident to move their car out of "their" spot. Parking is difficult to find at times and the poor guy parked in the lot to take his groceries in, give him a break. This isn't even the tip of the iceberg with these people, just don't do it, they're slum lords at best. There are much nicer apartments where you went be abused and bullied.
