      All apartments have identical layouts. Entry door puts you in the 16x16 living room. 1 duplex recepticle on each wall with 1 switched for a lamp (switch to the left of entry). Get a second floor unit if you don't mind the stairs because the ceilings are vaulted, unlike the first floor. The kitchen is small and separates the living room and bedroom. Just enough counter space for a small microwave and coffee maker. Cabinets in my unit are a bit dated, but cared for. Kitchen storage is a bit limited ...
      with a total of 3 upper and 2 lower. This includes a small half cabinet above the electric stove hood and a double sized cabinet below the stainless steel sink. Refrigerator seems newer. There are 2 useable duplex recepticles including a gfci next to the sink. The bedroom is 11x13 and has the only closets in the apartment and are dedicated to one 11 ft. wall. There is a duplex recepticle on the other 3 walls with one switched for a lamp. The bathroom is 5x7 with great lighting and a dual gfci recepticle above the sink. Both the living room and bedroom have neutral wall to wall carpeting and 2 screened windows. Paint is neutral and smoke/CO alarms are hard wired. Kitchen and bathroom have vinal flooring. The overall space is great for a single person- maybe a couple... but you'd really have to like each others company. The Pros: *Hot water baseboard heat is included and you control the temperature. *Domestic hot water is included *Air Conditioning is included *Electricity is included (40 amp service with access to panel) *Stove and Refrigerator *Standard Time Warner Cable included *10 meg Internet with private secured wifi modem included *Coin Op laundry *The office and maintenance staff are redponsive and courteous The Cons: *These apartments were built for function only. Nothing remarkable about the layout or square footage. *The websites pictures are a bit misleading as a recently updated unit is featured. In all, a fair price for a cozy, all inclusive apartment.
