January 1, 2025Nice place to live, but it is annoying when I wanted to go swim in the summer and both pools were out of service for a whole week. Dog friendly community but there is frequently dog poop left in grassy areas (I don’t have a dog).Property Manager Responded

November 4, 2024This will be my 6th year living @ Quincy. Sitting here watching it snow outside. Having the 2large glass doors opening onto my patio, and another huge window in my bedroom fills the area with light. I have a one bedroom with a wood burning fireplace and an attached garage. My patio is large surrounded by trees and bushes and well kept green lawn. That is what I enjoy most. The front office is attentive, maintenance team responds and works for a solution. The price has increased every year ...like everywhere. Shopping is right across the street..The neighborhood is good.The mountains so near offer many opportunities to see wildlife and watch the sun rise and set. I like it here. September 30, 2024The pools are nice, the gym isn’t great, and the dog park is okay. Location next to the Academy Hills park and Mountain Run shopping center is amazing! The units are generally nice, but lack consistency across the board. Our unit is the same model as our neighbor’s, but the fixtures in her unit are completely different, so beware that what you see on the tour might not match what you get. Construction has been going on here for many many months, and parking has been tedious if you don’t park in ...your garage.most days I struggle to find an empty parking space by my building at 4:15 PM, which is annoying.Property Manager Responded

June 24, 2024A very nice apartment community. Units are mostly renovated and comfortable. Having a garage is nice. The pools are both nice, however I’ve been at the pool on multiple occasions when people will show up asking me to let them in the pool door…but if they actually live at the community they should have a key. There should be some signs up to deter non-residents from trying to sneak into the pools, since they aren’t paying use them like the residents who do live here and pay rent. Amazon drivers ...frequently deliver packages to the wrong building here. We have received packages for other buildings multiple times and our packages have been delivered to the wrong buildings as well. I think the signs for building numbers should be bigger/clearer. Especially for the middle units between all the garages. There has been construction going on around the front of the complex for months, seems like there is no end in sight. Progress just seemed to halt for several months, it’s quite unsightly.Property Manager Responded

Bugs and thugs
April 15, 2019This place was terrable. Scorpions infest the apartments every summer. My wife was stung twice. Roches were always a problem. We would clean all the time and could never seem to get rid of them. Last summer one of the neighbors brought bed bugs with them and the whole building suffered. My ac broke and took three days to fix. My car was broken into the gas was siphoned. My apartment front door was egged several times and neighbors blast thier music in the middle of the night. Finally, today as I ...was moving out one of the residence threatened. He was carrying a side arm. You may not think these issues can be blamed on management but when informed nothing was done they just acted like it was not thier problem.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
