January 22, 2024They do not respond to emails. The washer and dryer were broken with no updates on when it would be fixed. Neighbors are loudly playing music in the middle of the day.Property Manager Responded

But the people that were here are nice and the staff and maintenance people are always there when you need them and definitely make sure that the hallways are clean. December 18, 2023Tengo 7 meses viviendo en los apartamentos en timber lake, me gusta y es un poco tranquilo lo único que recomendaría es cámara de seguridad ya que el mes pasado me robaron mi bicicleta, solo tenia 2 meses de haberla comprado. Vivo en el primer piso y la tenía al lado de mi ventana y luego no la vi más. También los pedido que hacen a domicilio, hice un pedido y lo dejaron en la zona de buzones, cuando salí para recoger ya no estaba. Se robaron también mi paquete.Property Manager Responded
