I received a call from Eric in the leasing office in about 30 minutes, informing me that Maintenance was headed up to check out my lock. I was repaired within an hour of me submitting the request. happy to move out
September 28, 2020I lived here for a year, they switched to new owners and the experience has been less than great. The front office does not answer their phones and they raised the rent during covid-19. They are charging more but aren't opening any amenities and providing less service as they aren't always in office. Walls are super thin, they say its suppose to be a smoke free enviroment but my neighbors cig smoke literally seeps through the vents and fills our apartment. The layout makes the apartment feel ...super small. we had a two bedroom and recently moved out to a 1 bedroom with less sqft and it feels way bigger than our apartment at timber lakes.
