Good Apartment
October 7, 2015The surrounding neighborhood is busy and can be loud at times as the apartment building is across the street from the park, small shopping center, and is located on a busy street, but once you enter the complex, the outside noise goes away. It is quiet in the complex with nice friendly neighbors. The apartment is a perfect size for me and my son. Lots of closet space and large bedrooms. The kitchen is a bit small, and the cabinets are a little old, but definitely workable. On-site laundry ...facilities and BBQ grills. Parking is assigned, which is fantastic! The management/maintenance team is very responsive and I love that! Any concerns or issues have been addressed same day or next!! Most bang for your buck
October 1, 2015Large 1 or 2 bedroom units with central a/c. Neighbors are nice, and the overall upkeep of the building is good. Newer rentals are being upgraded with new cabinets and granite. Back home, there were such things as sub zero refrigerators and ice makers and overhead lights in every room, but there were also things like humidity and winter. Small, Quiet, AMAZING
August 21, 2015I've been living at Topanga Terrace since March of this year. I had an insect problem when I first moved in but my apartment manager Nejla was on it and I am thrilled to say that issue is no longer! Besides that, the building is clean, neighbors are quiet, the rooms are truly spacious and they have began upgrading some units. Maintenance, as soon as I submit a request online it is done the next day or same day. The neighborhood is great as well. Next door to the park and drug store, across the ...street from the grocery.
