January 31, 2025Keys were ready when scheduled! Staff was just as friendly as the day I applied. The energy around the complex is soul changing warm and the landscape is beautiful. For the money I believe I made a great investment for my future. No matter your budget, there is a place for you in this life. I believe I have found my sin for the next few years! January 25, 2025It's not worth the price anymore. It went down hill express the pandemic, and hasn't made it back yet. It used to be good. But, all apartments are way to expensive for what you get.Property Manager Responded

January 15, 2025It seems a lot like the dishwasher; the new one seems iffy. Brandon at the front desk is our hero. He came to shut off the fire alarms. He would be a GREAT manager; he goes above and beyond every time. The maintenance is lacking in doing a job for 4 or 5 times.Property Manager Responded

November 6, 2024I Really like living here.. It is quiet the maintenance people are excellent polite, and very nice. since the new company took over there have been a lot of upgrades to the property, which is excellent to see, but I really feel that the trash being picked up at our doors has made it look cluttery. The pavement is all stained and it looks horrible and anyone coming to look at apartments? It is not a good look. I'm a little embarrassed sometimes by how garbagy It looks at times and some of the ...residents do not abide by the rules so.. i'd also like to see someone really really clean the pool I was in the pool all summer. It probably got clean but not professionally cleaned and it needs to be cleaned professionally once a month because there was green mold on the steps all year that the lawn furniture in the pool area has holes in it. It needs to be replaced. It does not look good when new people come through and look, and there's holes in all of the cots that that you lay on out there.Property Manager Responded
