December 11, 2024In the beginning our move in was very smooth and easy. Leasing consults were fairly nice, but they were short and not very informative as they wanted everything done over the phone (if that) and online rather than in person. 2 stars because it is a nice neighborhood where people usually keep to themselves. No complaints there. But after living here for almost 4-5months, I will say that these builds are very poorly built. It does seem like they were rushed to build and every thing seems very low ...quality. EX: The paint/stucco comes off SUPER easily when wiping down the walls, doorstops have punctured right through the doors both in the top and bottom, flooring is lifting and bulging near counter and on the stairs. Light fixtures and vents on ceiling have fallen out of nowhere. Just to name an FEW. And for how much it costs to live here? I agree that there really shouldn’t be any issues!
