August 23, 2020The building looks new but spend your money elsewhere. Although there’s a super on site, he’s unresponsive and doesn’t work on weekends. Getting your packages is a hassle unless you get to the lobby area as soon as you package arrives. The windows leak whenever it rains too hard... made several requests to have it repaired — still not fixed. The walks are thin, tenants with dogs are a nuisance because they bark constantly they dog pick up after their pets (read: pet waste on stairway). Several ...issues with HVAC and plumbing which is troubling giving the newness of the building. Lastly, the management leaves more to be desired.... they are wildly disorganized, unresponsive and unprofessional.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
