Many apartments boast great views of the Olympic Mountain Range, Mt. Rainer, the Greenwood neighborhood or downtown Seattle skyline. The Towers on Greenwood community is supported by professional on-site management and a 24-hour emergency maintenance service. This is a controlled access community with an underground parking garage and an elevator. We are conveniently located near shopping, dining, Green Lake, Woodland Park Zoo, University of Washington, Shilshole Marina, Golden Gardens Park and I-5. Comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports are accepted at this property. Please be advised that we reserve the right to request you complete an application for screening by our own vendor. There is no additional application fee for individuals that provide their own comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports. Resident pays all utilities and must have renters insurance. Overall Pretty Good
March 5, 2022Currently living here and have been for a while. Very reasonable price for what you get. Good location—pretty quiet and a relatively safe area. No amenities here (just apartments and a small parking garage), but the apartments are spacious and comfortable. Units are very well maintained and the building as a whole is kept up very well. Shout out to Carl the maintenance guy. Getting in and out of the parking garage can be a nail-biter! Don't expect to keep your deposit.
January 25, 2019Lived there for 11 months... management was fine until moveout. We had great management for the first 5 months. Then beloved C. went to a different job. Didn't have a manager for quite some time, finally got a new manager D. D is nice to your face, and will fight to keep all the deposit. I have never had a deposit withheld from me before until this apartment. We were given a checklist to clean, and we spent days filling the checklist (it was over-the-top; clean each individual blind slat, ...which we did). We rented a professional carpet cleaner & shampoo from Home Depot. When it comes to get our deposit back, the items on the checklist were simply declared "not up to our standard" and deducted. We are furious at them telling us to use a professional carpet cleaner, then charging us anyways! Live here if you don't want your deposit back.
