August 14, 2015the rent is too expensive for where its at and there are to many things that needs to be fixed around here and it takes them months to fix it but they still want us to pay the rent on time.Review from Apartments.com
Community outweighs other amenities
August 28, 2015This duplex is owned and maintained by a local woman who was an immigrant. She chooses her tenants not based on the amount they can pay, but rather on the quality and intentionality of community they will bring to the neighborhood. She strives for harmony between her tenants, and harmony with the neighborhood. This is most important. That said, the house is quite nicely maintained, with significant work done between tenancy to improve quality and comfort for residents. A new central heating ...system was installed for us to replace a wall unit, for example. The shared backyard space is perfect common space between the two units, and internal spaces are adequately sized, and beautiful.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
