April 25, 2025So far we’re very happy with our move in experience. The community is quiet, and our space is huge. Everything was so easy to connect. The large utility room with the washer and dryer is a huge convenience. The valet trash pickup is so helpful as well. Parking is not an issue. All the appliances are basically new. We love that the entire apartment is hard flooring. We just hope the pool opens!Property Manager Responded

April 10, 2025At this point I’ve dropped my rating down, first I still love the location, the apartment, the staff is friendly and answer all questions maintenance is good and they keep the community clean, it’s also safe. My issue is with the residents and their lack of respect and consideration, the noise level inside the apartment is horrible day and night. The loudness of music, tv, video games, stomping, running, dragging whatever, from one end to the other etc. The front gate doesn’t accept your code ...all the time and those drivers who enter through the out gate. January 6, 2025Management only interested in creating new streams of income. Schemes to strand residents out of more charge, 100’s of dollars of extra charges including paying a convenience fee for paying rent as required. A garbage pickup service that only pick up 13 gallon garbage bags Monday through Thursday. Off on weekends and Holidays when needed most. Extermination fee regardless of using them and who knows when they will come if called. Security is nonexistent. Anonymous Courtesy Officers/invisible. You ...can never reach management Whoever that person( s) is? They are always on conference calls or at another property. Returning calls is futile. There is no community. Public Housing is more of a community etc. etc. The property is gradually dilapidating. It appears revenue badly needed and tenants are the means to that end.
