July 21, 2022RATS, BROKEN AC, ROACHES, TUB LEAKING INTO UR KITCHEN, ETC. none of these problems got fixed, besides the roaches, fixed that problem on my own though! horrible management. hiring kids to work in the office, they won’t take your problems seriously. do not move here if you want a good reliable rental. i forgot to metion the black mold above the suspended ceiling in the kitchen!Property Manager Responded

Too nasty for price

August 6, 2015I really like the apartment but however the maintain system is not the best by far I really can't stand when have to wait over a week to get a work order completed then make seem like I don't want to pay rent well I'm human I'm late sometimes but that does my not mean take your precious time to fix my apartment but I try not to complain but sometimes you just can't help it even though the manager work with me but at the end of the day my rent have be paid regardless I rate a 2Review from Apartments.com
