Great Place to live!
December 23, 2024I’ve been here for the fall 24 semester and i’ve really enjoyed staying here. I have even renewed my lease and will continue to stay here for the next year. The amenities plus the fixed utilities rate and kind staff are all huge positives for me.Review from Apartments.com

A cozy and safe home away from all the hustle and bustle
December 22, 2024I’ve lived at the Adora townhomes for 2 years now! The complex is in a safe neighborhood on the south side of Columbia. They have a courtesy officer for safety, a quick and well mannered maintenance team if anything goes wrong, and the landscaping team keeps up very well! It’s a nice and clean community to live in. Very pet friendly! You see many people walking their dogs at night and the area is kept clean with many sanitary doggy clean up stations. The pool is a nice amenity during the summers ...and the hot tub is great for winter. The clubhouse and staff are always doing fun giveaways and keeping the community active with game nights seasonally. The shuttle is great if you are a college student and is always available. They provide quick text updates to the community if the office is closed or if there are treats at the office on special occasions so you don’t really miss out on anything. The gym is not too crowded and has 24 hour access which is rare in college complexes. Overall, it’s been a very nice and easy place to live. Very Comfortable !
December 17, 2024This is my first year here, and I'm very happy. The rooms are very spacious, and I feel like I have so much room to decorate and store my things; the place I lived beforehand was half this size and charged me the same amount I pay currently. There have been issues with our water heater breaking, but both times, the issue was resolved within a few days. When we had other issues, they were resolved the same day or the next. The staff are very friendly, and the shuttle having 3 stops throughout the ...complex is incredibly convenient--especially in winter. I'm also a fan of the parking lot for our unit being directly outside my door.Property Manager Responded

Comfortable Townhomes at The Adora
December 17, 2024After a few months of living at the Adora, I have enjoyed my experience to resign for the next leasing term. Overall, I appreciate the amenities and maintenance staff the most. I appreciate that maintenance is quick and efficient! Only issue that I have experienced so far would be the trash pickup. After numerous times of not having trash taken out (Yes, it was placed during the correct timeframes), we were unable to be taken out of the trash pickup service which is frustrating. Other than ...delayed or missing the trash pickup, I have enjoyed my time here. Amenities are great too with the office hosting many resident events, decent gym equipment, and hot tub / pool!Property Manager Responded

Very nice - Well kept and good staff
December 17, 2024I enjoy this property very much I am signing up for my second year here. I have no complaints, only a very small one it being that my trash rarely gets taken out. This being the only complaint I am extremely grateful because the previous places I lived at I had so many complaints and problems. I enjoy living here very much. It's a very relaxing area and the staff is very nice. They do the best they can to help you out with any issues and maintenance is very quick and efficient.Property Manager Responded

Perfectly Good College Apartment
November 29, 2024I was in a 4x4. Tons of space throughout the whole apartment, large room and closet. Nice patio out back. It’s in a great part of town and near lots of things. The management was helpful and very nice. Maintenance has been quick to response, normally within 24 hours (the first week or two after move in was slow if it wasn’t emergent but that is understandable). The gym is very basic but good for a quick work out. The bus is back to the complex every 40 minutes and makes commuting very easy. The ...driver is also a great guy. Overall a nice place to live. It was cleaned well for move in although, there was some paint on door knobs and other random spots but overall definitely worth the price.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live
November 20, 2024Great place for a college student to live. The units are spacious and modern. The gym is nice and there is a lot of grassy areas for pets. The maintenance staff has also been great. Terrible Management
August 5, 2024Seems great at first for the price, but it is so badly managed. There are only two maintenance guys for the whole complex, and with the cheap stuff they fill the apartments with they should really have a lot more. Management is non-existent and talking to somebody who can actually do something requires jumping through more hoops than that guy in Madagascar with the circus. The apartment is in awful condition, with the parking lot and amenities falling apart and your apartment seeming like it's ...soon to follow.Property Manager Responded
