August 23, 2024I have lived in this community for over 7 years. I love the location and overall experience. I will admit the first few years were the best. The office and maintenance staff were incredible. Recent years have been just ok. The constant revolving management changes without any announcements of these changes, maintenance not following through and removing free guest parking has been the reason why my experience has gone from amazing to just ok. I feel the community is safe overall. However it would ...be nice to have a security officer on site. I rank my experience a 4 because I truly love my apartment. I do wish the complex would provide incentives for those of us who have been loyal residents. For example, I would love to have my carpet cleaned or my air filters changed on a regular basis. Small things like that would make me feel appreciated.Property Manager Responded

I am sorry to learn that recent changes, including management transitions, maintenance follow-through, and the removal of free guest parking, have impacted your experience. Your suggestions regarding the addition of a security officer and incentives for long-term residents are valuable and will be considered as we seek to enhance our services. We do offer carpet cleaning at renewal and conduct annual filter changes as part of our preventative maintenance program each quarter.
