January 23, 2023The complex has many pluses. Two story townhouses mean that no one is above or below your unit which makes for a quieter experience than a regular apartment. Also, having a half bath downstairs is a nice convenience. The master bedroom is impressively spacious. Although there are issues at Chapel Hill, as at any complex, generally the staff are professional, competent, and caring. April 25, 2022I relocated to Texas from the East Coast and Towns of Chapel Hill was my 1st place of residence. I selected this community instead of a place in Frisco because of the square footage and it was pretty good for 6 months. I dont know what happened when I decided to hold off on purchasing a house and continue my stay at Towns of Chapel. It seemed to have all gone down hill.Property Manager Responded
