February 8, 2025I absolutely love living at Track 29. The building is safe, clean, beautiful, peaceful and meets all of my needs. I especially like that the office staff is actually in the office during the week and are very responsive and engaged with the community One star is knocked off for various smaller feature never being operational, ie- light bulbs being out on roof, the mister never working, trashes in garage or outside being overfilled, and pool cues in the community room being busted since I ...moved in.Property Manager Responded

Helpful staff when needed that are timely, great appliances in the apartment, nice amenities including the gym and pool which I use frequently, and outdoor spaces which include grills. December 14, 2024I love the underground parking here at Track 29, and I love the apartment itself. The only issue I have at this time is the lack of carts that are kept by the elevators. At times there are none available at all, and for days at a time, is it possible to get more?Property Manager Responded
