August 21, 2025I moved in recently, the apartment is very relaxing, with new appliances and very spacious. Janet and Shae in the main office, could not be nicer people. They made everything seamless and have had such a warm welcome. It made a big difference during a hard move. June 28, 2025What a lovely place to be. It feels like you’re living in a resort every day and the staff treats you as though you’re a guest. They have events twice a month for the residence and the staff makes you feel so welcome, like family. The location is amazing!! I can walk to downtown Woodland Park, in minutes and grocery is just a short walk down the trail. The unobstructed view of Pikes Peak is indescribably, beautiful, and magnificent! And theres always the expectation of seeing deer everyday.Property Manager Responded

June 18, 2025I love calling Trail Ridge my new home! The people here are very friendly, the complex is well maintained and full of amenities, it feels very safe here and I couldn't ask for better views! I also love how close it is to trails, lakes and camping as well as shopping and restaurants, a perfect spot to get the best of both worlds. June 13, 2025I’m not sure where to start. I have had several experiences both with maintenance and management. First of all, I love living at Trail Ridge. When I have a maintenance issue one of the maintenance team is here quickly to address the issue. They are always very courteous and friendly. Any time I call the office they are always helpful and eager to help. I love the way Trail Ridge cares for the looks of the area and it’s always a pleasure go go out on my scooter and drive around this beautiful ...area. And I’m always thrilled to be so close to the deer and other wildlife. I don’t see why anyone wouldn’t love living in this awesome community!!!Property Manager Responded
