    Manager is a snake. Don’t clean anything and everything is constantly breaking and never fix anything right. Place is absolutely pathetic because of management

  • Showed up for Appointment- No One Showed

    I had a scheduled tour during office hours and no one was there. Took a peek around the outside and saw that it looks disgusting. The pool is gross, the exterior of every building and unclean. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

  • Luscious landscapes and garbage.

    Let me list everything that has happened during my short time here. Change of management. There's a brand new person every month. If you need maintenance good luck, they will only pay for one maintenance guy and he's overloaded with doing everything by himself. The trash situation is awful. There is ONE trash compactor/recycling bin for the entire complex. It's always overflowing and people just throw their trash on the ground. I've also found multiple people dumpster diving during the ...
    day. They say there's a dog park here. It's in the corner of the parking lot. It's a fenced off space of wood chips with two tiny benches, one of which is flipped over. Be careful of where you walk because no one here will pick up their dogs poop. Speaking of poop, in this past year the water has been shut off 5-10 times for work on the sewer pipes. There's one apartment in particular that's extremely unlucky off the side of the road that always seems to have sewage flooding on it. Be prepared to spend a few days without any water if you move here! Often on the side of Tioga you'll find people partying outside of their cars and doing drug deals. The complex just ignores all of it I guess. Don't believe me? Look at the litter of beer bottles, cigarette butts and joint filters. There have been multiple car and mailbox break-ins. None of those issues have been addressed. They say there's onsite security, but I've only seen a security car park in front of the office. You're promised the amenities of a workout room, but unfortunately that workout room has been under construction for half a year now and even though the front office renovations are complete I have yet to see the workout room finished. They've just started renovating the pool. Remember participating in school fire drills? You'll relive those days here. The entire complex is suited either a fire alarm system which could be helpful, if it wasn't constantly having false alarms. No one evacuates for the alarms because it's so common. Just gotta wait the 30 minutes for firefighters to turn it off. The property is quite beautiful either it's landscaping, and is close to downtown Concord and BART. It's a pet friendly complex. The apartments are spacious and I'm sure the updated ones are nice, but hopefully this insight into what I've experienced living here helps you make the right decision for your living needs.

  • Cute But Expensive

    I moved into this 2bd/1.5bth apartment almost two months ago. The layout is nice, although at 1,000 sq. ft. there isn't a lot of room to spread out. The fixtures and walls are very tired. The front office assured me that all lighting was energy efficient, however when I moved in I found all standard incandescent bulbs. You can see where massive holes have been made in the walls and then roughly patched. The carpeting was fairly new and clean. The pool at the front office is not heated and was ...
    very cold even on a 105 degree day last month. The fitness room has one each of elliptical and treadmill; fairly new equipment but you're out of luck if one or two people are already in there. The landscaping is great and my patio is decent size, although it would be nice to have a six foot privacy fence instead of the existing five foot one. We are provided one (assigned) covered carport parking space and one (unassigned) open space in the lot. My unit has a washer/dryer but there are on site laundry rooms for those units that don't. Monthly rent is $2,000/mth which, coming from Wisconsin, is absolutely outrageous! One plus is the maintenance team. They are prompt, friendly, and have fixed every issue I've had (noisy fridge, broken shower control knob, broken dishwasher, smell from A/C.)
