Loved living there. Management made sure the building was taken care of, and that everyone followed the rules ? Would still be living there, but transferred out of state.

Helpful and kind management.

Staff has been nothing but helpful and courteous since moving in and during construction. Any questions or concerns I had were addressed in an appropriate amount of time and maintenance issues are resolved with great efficiency. This means a great deal to me since the management company in my previous building did the absolutely nothing for the tenants and maintenance was non existent. The apartments are beautiful and I am so glad that I made the move.

I think that means the most. Sure it has everything you need and more. But feeling like the place is taken care of to me means most as I have felt the opposite. We all know it, something is wrong and takes to long to get fixed. It’s a new place and you have to get unlucky to have anything happen.
