    Horrible customer service. Team does not genuinely want ro help residents with concerns. Emergency service requests fo unanswered for several days. Lack of communication from management with the exception of how to pay rent. Signage/letters around the building are not uniformed and look tacky.

    I’ve enjoyed living in this luxury apartment community. The key fob entry add a nice level of security. For me, the best part is the location—it’s tucked away enough to feel private while still being in the heart of a central area. Plus, the proximity to the subway station is perfect for my daily commute. That said, no community is without its flaws. I’ve experienced some water leakage and building maintenance issues during my time here, which has been frustrating. However, overall, I do like ...

    Tribeca at Camp Springs has changed management at least 4 times in 4 years. The elevator closest to me and the garage door have not worked consistently or at all in the last 2 years. Although the electronic intercom next to elevators was upgraded 2-3 years ago, it has never worked. Standards have dropped. Recognizing the current management is new, hopefully the appropriate changes will be made sooner than later- especially on the aforementioned issues as they impact safety and security.

    I really like the area and neighborhood. We moved in recently but the leasing office has always been pretty helpful. Other than some regular maintenance issues with doors and some neglected amenities in the gym it's been a very positive experience!

    DO NOT MOVE HERE! I regret renewing my lease under this new management. This building is egregiously mismanaged. It seems to be one thing after another. From multiple broken doors to the property(which contributes to the multiple homeless people sleeping in hallways and common spaces) , broken garage doors allowing anyone access to our cars (which I have heard has led to robberies and violence) to maintenance staff causing unsafe destruction to property and refusing to fix it. There have been ...
    COUNTLESS reports of inappropriate behavior by the staff here and it seems like what they are here to do is not actually getting done. The priorities are obviously misplaced and I wouldn't recommend moving here.
