    Trillium Terrace is an absolutely gorgeous property nestled in the perfect location! The amenities are top tier as well, with a beautiful pool, gas grills, fitness center and more! It’s a very quiet neighborhood. The resident events are great as well, and there is a great sense of community!

    I love this community. It’s a small complex, so it’s easy to get to know the staff and neighbors. I’ve lived in two different units in this complex, they were both incredibly comfortable. The apartment is bright, modern, and clean. The maintenance staff is quick and helpful. And the amenities are all well kept.

  • If you like paying for corporations to upgrade their units this is the place for you!

    Trillium Terrace is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in 32 years. My boyfriend and I rented two units here spanning about two years. Initially, I liked it so much I recommended my sister move in. Then it comes time to move out and leave the complex. Unfortunately, we could not accept their almost 9% rent increase post-pandemic, and we had to go. Upon moving out, they try to charge us for crazy things like total carpet replacement and repainting the entire unit beyond normal ...
    wear and tear. Rewind to a little over a year ago when we moved into this unit. It was the week in 2021 when the entire city of Austin shut down due to the snowstorm. No one was in the office to even give us our keys, do a walk-through, or give us a move-in checklist. We had to call maintenance to get into our new apartment (we moved from one unit to another). Upon entering the unit, we noticed that the carpet (which management told us was cleaned) was not. It was stained, matted down, and had maybe lightly vacuumed at best. Upon running my vacuum across it, I was able to fill an entire Dyson canister. We didn't overthink this too much because we had had such a positive experience renting the prior unit, and the damages were so obvious we assumed they had to know (wrong move, obviously), but just in case, I took a quick walk-through of the room. Fast-forward to now, and they are claiming we caused urine pet damage all over the carpet in the exact spots we noted on move-in. I won't even get into the whole story regarding the alleged need to repaint the entire unit because that part would make this already long review a novel. Yes, I had 6-12 pictures on the wall; I used nails. Did the head maintenance person tell me not to worry that he'd take care of all of it for us? That they only look for and charge for 'fist-sized hole sized he wall' Also yeses. After receiving this letter from the complex, I sent the walk-through video evidence and screenshots proving that the damages were thereupon move-in. They are still trying to make us pay for over $500 of erroneous "damages" to this apartment complex almost a month later. I would not recommend living here to my worst enemy. The property management company turned over around the same time we moved into the new unit in February 2021. Magnolia Property Management company is horrible. They are predatory. I would not live here again if you paid me. Stay away!

We have waived all fees except for the carpet and i can assure you the total is under $500. Unfortunately, the urine stains were not present upon your move in. You are correct, there were stains noted in your move in checklist- but they were not the urine stains that are now present. We've really enjoyed having you as a resident and are sincerely sorry to end on this note but we do have to fully replace the carpet to prepare the unit for a new tenant. If you have any further questions or would like to see images from our walk of your apartment, give our leasing office a call and we're happy to provide you with them.
