I finally decided to not renew my lease and move out, they tried keeping my entire deposit. Even though I left the apartment in perfect condition and had pictures and videos to prove it since they did not send someone to do a walk through the day I moved out. I have learned to never lease a place that does NOT have a management office on site to oversee it. Although the apartments are beautiful, I would NOT recommend.

Overall, things have been excellent for me, and I never had any significant problems with noise, repairs, or anything requiring attention. While I heard that some individuals had issues with leaky air conditioners, my experience was different. It turned out to be uncleaned filters, which the management fixed promptly. Most of the negative reviews stem from poor communication between the previous management and tenants. Prior management failed to uphold the integrity and standards that were in place and passed them down to the next manager, leading to a loss of trust among many residents. Recently, there has been a significant change in property management, and I am optimistic that things will improve. From work orders to routine building maintenance, there has been a positive tempo that's making a difference. The new management is responsive, and they check in frequently to ensure that any issues I raise are addressed promptly. If things continue the way they are, people will be delighted to move in, and it will be tough to say goodbye.
