It's no place for children to play. What kind of playground does not have a slide. Other Problems Too many closets when one could have been used for a Washer & Dryer. Grounds are unkept especially at the back apartments. The Trash Disposal Area is constantly overrun. Poorly maintained sliding closet doors constantly breaking. Outdated apartment layouts (1970's bar attached to the kitchen) Poorly maintained entrances (The paint needs a serious touch up a power wash for the concrete)
