December 9, 2024It has its pros. Like affordable rent. Its close to where I work. Its usually quiet except for a few kids here and there. Maintance is usually quick. But for over a year now, since December 6th 2023 there has been a spot that I've brought to their attention several times that leaks and has mold on the ceiling above my shower. It leaks on the daily from.the upstairs neighbor and I have been told more.than once that as long as the shower still.works they arent to worrked about it.Property Manager Responded

December 6, 2024I’ve been living at Union 505 for a few months and I love that it’s in the heart of the city yet off the main road so we don’t get a lot of homeless or people that don’t belong here on the property. The staff is friendly and responds to tenants needs in a timely fashion. The property is well maintained and provides excellent amenities.
