    I love the apartment. Its very cozy and straightforward. I just wish the hot water was hotter. But I would definitely recommend this place to others.

    Apartment wasn’t in good shape when I moved in also people haven’t been picking up after their dogs go out along with not being tied up on a leash and there’s a lot of roaches

    I love living here so far. I like that the grounds are kept pretty good and i like that you lrts us know whats going on. so if the wayer is off i check my emails and there it is . The reason . I like that.

    I 've been here for a month and I can say that I like the place so far. very near to all the places that you need to go like grocery store, gas station, mall, school church and many more. the place is very relaxing, and safe the staff are accomodating and responsive.

    It has its pros. Like affordable rent. Its close to where I work. Its usually quiet except for a few kids here and there. Maintance is usually quick. But for over a year now, since December 6th 2023 there has been a spot that I've brought to their attention several times that leaks and has mold on the ceiling above my shower. It leaks on the daily from.the upstairs neighbor and I have been told more.than once that as long as the shower still.works they arent to worrked about it.

    I’ve been living at Union 505 for a few months and I love that it’s in the heart of the city yet off the main road so we don’t get a lot of homeless or people that don’t belong here on the property. The staff is friendly and responds to tenants needs in a timely fashion. The property is well maintained and provides excellent amenities.     Overall, I have had a good experience living here until these last few weeks. The main issue was getting upper management to pay for the deep treatments for the pest control. Other than this issue, the floor plans are good, I like the parking, I like how they updated the laundry room and the packages pick up. They recently painted the apartments and they look very modern as well. Like I said, the appliances work okay but they are older.
