New renovations are AMAZING!!
September 15, 2023I moved here last year right before the renovations happenned. I was a little bummed at first as it would be cool to have a brand new unit but my experience was still wonderful regardless of the finishes. I now get to transfer to a new one with no extra cost! The new units are so sleek and modern. Perfect apartment if you are looking for something nice but affordable. The outside could use some work, but never judge a book by its cover!!! Old building - mice and AC will be a problem
September 14, 2023Despite renos, the building itself is very old. Many mice during winter time even if your place is super clean. Neighbor had snake on the 3rd floor also. AC units and ventilation is very old. Energy bill will be expensive and maintenance is always visiting.Property Manager Responded
