January 7, 2025Much quieter place. Sometimes you can hear train noise but it's not too loud. The view from the house is amazing. Located in the downtown which makes access to nearby stores easy.Review from Apartments.com

August 16, 2024Overall a positive experience, beautiful apartment, great amenities, wonderful neighbors, excellent general cleaning woman and maintenance man who work extremely hard and are very responsive. New front desk staff also very helpful and friendly. Change in Management has improved overall communication to residents and improvements have been made to grills and other features. Rising costs in the area as well as an escalation in crime and drugs are a concern and require attention to security. ...Residents also need to be closely monitored for lease violations which cause the building interior to deteriorate (excessive trash left behind, dog accidents on carpeting, furniture left in the garage, etc.). July 30, 2024I’ve been here for two months and I love the apartment. The staff has been really nice. It’s easy to use the different apps for paying rent and opening doors for guests or mail deliveries. The noise level is very low inside the apartment. I really like the gym, pool, and shared office spaces. I like that there’s a lot of restaurants and shops in walking distance as well and the grocery stores aren’t too far away.Review from Apartments.com

June 20, 2024I have lived at Union house for about & months now and I like it very much! All maintenance requests are fulfilled very quickly and the building itself is new and nice!
