Renters Reviews and Ratings
Mismanaged apartments.
April 20, 2023NEW Biggest mistake and such a waste of money! The pictures you see on the website are not like the building.(Shocked at the 5star review). Forget about a warm welcome you are literally thrown in a dirty hanging on the road apartment with no concierge or help available. After various requests, emails, calls and waiting, the paint stains were removed from the floor so that move could happen. The person on the reception was so rude and insensitive to my complaints. I learnt to ignore many things ...for the time I stayed but that did not make me regret my decision everyday! You will feel "Choked, claustrophobic", blocked within the building all throughout your lease term and it will make you realize what a waste of money! Whole night loud car sirens, loud homeless ppl fighting will not let you sleep!! Once there was a homeless woman sitting inside near the elevators inside the apartment. The most horrible thing which they will not tell you when you sign up for your lease that you have to pay almost "$300" for your Utility bills".They don't have even a concierge, its creepy, their air conditioning system is old, noisey. The maintenance team don't care to do much anyways! The water is dirty, they put a faulty refrigerator filter n said sorry we only have this and just disappeared! In short very disappointed and will not recommend to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
