Orlando public transit bus stop at the property. 3. Free services for 400 Mbps high speed internet and 100+ HDTV channels. Modem, HDTV set-top box, and router are also included at no extra charge. 4. We are not a student housing. We are a private apartment complex where you rent the whole apartment by yourself. You pick your own room-mate, if you want one. You may add your mate's income to qualify. 5. Co-signers are accepted, if you do not qualify based on your income and/or credit history. 6. Free car parking.

December 6, 2021I have been living in this apartment for the past 6 years. The management and maintenance are always prompt, perfect, and friendly. This is the most affordable apartment and is situated in a prime location. Right across the trail, you have UCF and within the 5-mile radius, you have the best dining options and shopping areas.
