Properties nice, Realtors Poor
September 6, 2020Recommend to find another realtor/landlord. Only convenient thing about their service is that utilities are included in the rent. You will submit a maintenance request, but never get a response on if they are coming or not until the guys walked through your front door unannounced. If they didn't find the problem serious, they simply would not turn up. (though the maintenance guys are very nice when they do show up as one came in the middle of the night when our furnace blew in the winter) One ...bedroom will be a furnace in the winter while the other freezes (multiple people renting from them have told me this happens at different properties). All of our walk-throughs were last-minute announced, even though in our lease it says we're supposed to have 24 hr notice. Like all rental places, this rental place is a business. This one just happens to care very little about their renters and more about the money they're making or can save by cutting corners.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
