Great inexpensive place to call home
March 5, 2023The manager Tobi is a great person to work with. I truly feel she cares for her residence and they take good care of the property. It Is an older complex but kept up very well. It's a small complex too so you start to get to know some people. All in all, especially for the money you can't beat this location. We hope it will serve as home for the next 4 to 5 years while I finish my degree at UCO.Review from Apartments.com

February 23, 2018For an older community management and maintenance take good care of the place. Any issues you have are always addressed in a timely and professional manner. One thing I like is that the staff know you by name and not just an apartment number. I could see myself as a long term resident, although I'd like to buy a house some day. Until then I will be here! bed bugs!!!!
August 18, 2016Got ate up by bed bugs at these apts. Mgmt did nothing about this. Said Id be responsible for paying for the extermination. Neighbor 2 doors down had them and next thing you know the building was infested. Ended up brwaking lease and moving out over issue.Review from Apartments.com
