All apartments have spacious bathrooms with gorgeous vanities for storage. Select apartments will have Glass Shower Stalls in the master bedroom. Underground heated parking is available at an additional fee. We have an exercise room & community-room with an outdoor patio. Uptown Apartments are thoughtfully designed with your busy lifestyle in mind. Our modern and urban design offers something fresh and new to Rochester. We are just blocks from restaurants, convenient stores, and Fresh Thyme Market.Contact our Office, today for more information. Utilities included in the rent are Water, Sewer, and Refuse. Residents are responsible for payment of gas and electricity, and optional internet or cable tv.Management charges a $125, non-refundable, administrative fee that is related to our internal and administrative costs for the establishment of a resident file, and preparation of initial lease paperwork and related addendums. This administrative fee must be paid, in addition to the payment of first months rent, any pro-rated rent, or any deposit that might be required on the day of move-in
