February 24, 2025I know the leasing office and maintenance teams work hard and these buildings are a bit old. However, my A/C has been broken since I moved in the 8th of May 2024. Add that to the constant interruptions of the fire alarm at all hours of the day & night and my experience has been less than stellar. I believe Carlos in the leasing office has done a great job with the resources he has, but these are important maintenance issues that need addressing. That said, the location and neighborhood are ...great. The amenities are generally good though the gym could use a little love and attention. February 14, 2025After moving in over a month ago, it is easy to see the apartments are very nice, and in a pretty good area outside of downtown. The move in process was a bit of a hassle as I was given contradictory information, some of which ended in me getting an extra charge on my first payment. It seems to be either that the staff is either pretty short or could be giving more effort. I was not able to access my apartment until two days after my move in because the fob I was given didn't work, and also never ...gave me a garage fob that I didn't know I needed. Emergency maintenance didn't pick up after-hours, which was concerning, but thankfully I was able to stay elsewhere until that got figured out. This may not be the case for a lot of people though. Not a good first impression especially as I am paying for one of the higher-priced units, although after the move in problems, the property has been very nice and I have had no problems.Property Manager Responded

February 12, 2025It’s been horrible. Complain about a resident that constantly is harassing me and intentionally loud but nothing ever happens. Got to the point that I didn’t pay rent for a few months due to this but of course they want to try and kick you out and never do anything to the harassers! Cannot wait to move out of here and will never recommend this place to anyone. I know numerous traveling people who stay from 6 months to years that always ask me for recommendations since I’m a native. February 12, 2025Staff (office and maintenance) here are always super nice. Downside is that work orders can take a while to get complete sometimes and I often have to follow up with office staff multiple times to get updates on things.Property Manager Responded
