March 2, 2025I’ve had a couple of issues regarding key issues with mail box and they handled that quickly however I still have issues with getting responses to phone calls or emails to the main office - but in person visits allow you to get good service. Other grievances: I wish they would replace the cleaning wipes in the gym more often as well as not use multiple apps for rent, points things, washers, etc. but overall love the location and pretty sound proof wallsProperty Manager Responded

February 24, 2025I know the leasing office and maintenance teams work hard and these buildings are a bit old. However, my A/C has been broken since I moved in the 8th of May 2024. Add that to the constant interruptions of the fire alarm at all hours of the day & night and my experience has been less than stellar. I believe Carlos in the leasing office has done a great job with the resources he has, but these are important maintenance issues that need addressing. That said, the location and neighborhood are ...great. The amenities are generally good though the gym could use a little love and attention. February 24, 2025Great people in the leasing office, clean apartments, clean courtyards. Only thing I could complain about is the pool (having to pay for it, but not use it) and the dog poop that people forget to clean up.Review from Apartments.com
