April 3, 2024Dear future residents, If you decide to move to Urban Crest, please ensure you purchase the following items: AC unit Dishwasher Dryer and washer Stove Fridge Additionally, keep City Lake Jackson's number on hand and have them on standby for delivery. Unfortunately, after you move in, it's likely that one of the above items will stop working. The beautiful part? You'll likely go through hell before getting it fixed. If this happens, consider yourself lucky if it's resolved within 10 days. You ...might even want to throw a party to celebrate! If you're currently happy in your life and wish to make it miserable, just move to Urban Crest.Property Manager Responded
