Urbano at Midtown Apartments

I was satisfied with their work. They're also making a lot of repairs and improvements on the property in preparation for some city inspection coming up, but they keep us posted on what we can expect--ie people caulking the cracks in the patios, or turning off the water from 9-5 on a weekday. I feel confident that myself and my belongings are secure in my apartment, which is saying a lot for this neighborhood. The apartments where I lived before this (just across the street) were broken into and infested with rats, and the apartments I lived in before that (less than a block away) had fights and murders occurring way too often for comfort. There are a few roaches, but that's to be expected in a place like this, and, they aren't overrunning the place. So, if you're looking for a place with cheap rent, family-friendly neighbors, and a private patio for your potted plants--and don't mind drug dealers on the corner or gunshots down the street--then this is the place for you.
