    Great views, great area and easy to work the staff, i recommend highly. We have a great experience in the summer here, the people in this building are so nice. We made many friends and will be very sad to leave. We are hoping to stay in touch with many of our neighbors here.

    The office manager is immature, rude combative and will lie and keep the deposit. The rent is high and will be raised with every new lease even in a pandemic. There are break ins in and outside of property.

    V2, a new self proclaimed luxury apartment living complex, with a price tag to match, quickly makes a potential renter feel the illusion of high end living with a resort feel. Is this for you you might ask? Let me share with you my one year experience at V2, and let you be the judge! If you can afford a luxury apartment, with hidden fee's, and a staff that is manipulative, deceitful, and seldom around, then this may be your place. If you enjoy constant thumping of people "walking" above ...
    you, late night parties, and hallways full of mail packages then this may just be for you. If you enjoy listening to neighbors private conversations, and your neighbors using the bathroom then sign up today! Lastly, If going back and reliving your college dorm days is your goal then this is absolutely the place you want to call home! Simply put, V2 was built to look great, however, the soundproofing is terrible, and for the price they charge is astronomical, you might want to just consider living next to a freeway, then at least your rent will be applicable, and the freeway will drown out the noise!. The fact is, if you are between 21 and 30, and want 3 to 5 roommates, this might be the place for you, as you are not bothered by noises, enjoy lavish late night entertainment, and sleep is optional! What a great place to relive your college days! Enjoy!

    I signed a 12 month lease and was very excited to move into our new apartment although over the past six months I keep becoming disappointed with the building, especially the management. I'm frustrated with the lack of follow-through. The management has promised to do certain tasks but that task usually takes months to complete. Ex. Putting up more bike racks. In January they said they were going to install before the spring weather hit..They installed one bike rack in late June. Another example ...
    is when the exercise room TV's were stolen, its been 3 months without installing additional security or replacement TV's. Other problems include the management being extremely rude. This isn't the first time that the staff has been rude on and about several issues that never get solved. The staff is very hard to get a hold of and inattentive to current residents. It seems like the management only makes an effort to please guests that are potential new residents.

  • Don't waste your money here

    Don't waste your money on these overpriced apartments. The management is TERRIBLE and has hidden costs, hidden lease agreements, The staff lying about multiple issues and lack of communication with residents. Other problems include cheap interior and security problems with multiple incidents of theft.
