      Slow to respond, will scam and overcharge you for every little thing. Not helpful in any capacity. During my stay, wifi was out for over a week and landlords didn't acknowledge it. Other tenants let their dogs bark for 12 hours straight and landlord did not acknowledge it. The place was infested with gnats and fruit flies most of the time I lived there. Really awful place to live and not worth the thousands of dollars they charge you. I left my space in absolutely pristine condition, cleaning ...
      every last nook and cranny, and was charged $375 for cleaning and painting fees (there was not a speck of dirt in that place, and not a single scratch on the wall). Unbelievable. Read the fine print in the lease or you will get screwed over.

      VELO has been super responsive and accomodating for my short-term rental. I was able to get a room in a time frame of about 3 days, and the logistics were all sorted out on their end. Super grateful for that! The maintenence is super quick, responsive, and friendly, and management was also responsive and communicative. I had no problems with the unit, except for the fact that the rooms are not very soundproof. It is very easy to hear from the hallway and vice versa. This didn't bother me much, as ...
