Superior management and property!!
April 22, 2020I lived at Victoria Gardens from 10/2012-03/2020. I could not recommend this place more. The location is right in the heart of Port Orange, FL near restaurants, colleges and community events. The entire management team from property maintenance to office personnel are professional, caring and truly invested in the needs/concerns of its' tenets and the property itself. They are always working hard to update, add, and expand the quality of life for the tenets!Review from Apartments.com

August 23, 2015Spacious apartment for a 2 bedroom. Not well insulated upstairs, so hotter during most of the year, and colder than downstairs in the short time that the weather is on the cold side. Not very modern compared to other complexes nearby. Across the street from Palmer College, and within walking distance from Applebee's and Houligan's. Staff is nice and fairly helpful. Complex has a gym, pool, and small study/print room.Review from Apartments.com
Cheap, spacious, good personnel
August 3, 2015I've been living in this complex for three years now. The rent is a good price, it includes most amenities (including hi speed Internet), has a nice pool, a small gym, a computer center, a club house and two laundry rooms. The personnel is really nice and helpful, always with a smile. The surroundings are always clean and well maintained. I've made this my home.Review from Apartments.com
