August 7, 2017I was trying to rent a house while still living here...She would NOT release my rental history UNTIL I paid my lease buy out and gave 30 days notice!!! I have never heard of this...what if I hadn't got the house I think that the manager makes up rules when it is to HER benefit. Really glad that I am moving.Review from Apartments.com

September 16, 2016I have lived at Villa la Charles for 11 years. I have had great neighbors and no problems. The management and maintainance staff are fantastic! They are always friendly, efficient and go out of their way to accommodate resident needs . Any maintainance requests are addressed promptly and done right. Rent is very reasonable for this area.
